Our entire
staff is available to service your account. We are fully
computerized. We are available to provide you with immediate service
on your existing insurance account or any new policies, which you
may want for us to review, or quote for YOU.
We maintain a complete copy of your insurance policy and schedules
in our office so we can review and service your account at a minute's
notice.
Prior to your insurance account coming up for renewal, we review
the coverage and pricing to make sure that it is in line with the
current insurance market conditions. If we see a need to make a
change, we would notify you ahead of time to discuss this with you.
We look to maintain an open line of communication with the client
at all times. Many times the client's insurance needs will change
due to a change in vehicles, property to be insured, etc. We stress
to the client to always feel free to call on us for any questions,
which may arise. We can advise the client if changes would affect
their insurance coverage or if we should modify their coverage in
order to protect this exposure.
We are available year round to do loss control or inspections of
your premises. We do not have certain times throughout the year
to contact you. Instead we make ourselves available on a "need"
basis in order to take a "pro-active" plan of risk management and
loss control servicing for you.
In reviewing your insurance account we look to identify possible
exposures that you might be subject to and the loss potential of
each exposure. We look to determine which of these exposures require
insurance coverage and which can possibly be handled by an alternative
method.
We market your insurance account among several carriers in order
to provide you with comprehensive coverage at a competitive price.
We do not look to place your account on price alone, but instead
we look to provide you with the very best insurance program at a
competitive price.
